Mission of the Five-Oh-First
We seek to honor the Allied fighting man of WW II through our efforts in two main areas:

1) Living history through public displays, events, forums, and speeches all aimed at educating the public as to the conditions and historical context that the soldier endured and lived in during World War II.

2) Tactical Events demonstrate to the public and teach to the participants the challanges faced by the fighting men in WW II. Our mission is also one of self-fullfillment as well as public awareness. We seek to increase our own personal knowledge of WW II subject manner and in doing so increase the realism in our impressions and ultimately strengthen the effectiveness of our portrayal as fighting men of WW II.
